I am a goat – at least according to Chinese mythology. Like most goats, I am stubborn and have a cast iron stomach. Sadly I didn’t inherit any nimbleness, but in celebration of my goaty-ness and the dog days of summer, I present to you lemon Goat Cheese Ice Cream.

Yeah, that’s right, I said Goat Cheese Ice Cream. It’s like cheesecake but with a deeper tanginess.
